Algorion OÜ provides custom 3D printing and design services, creating personalized figurines, collectibles, and art pieces based on client specifications. Our services include design consultation, 3D modeling, 3D printing, finishing, painting, and shipping of completed items.

Custom Order Process

The custom order process typically follows these steps:

Initial consultation where client provides project requirements and reference materials
Creation and review of initial design concept
Client approval and payment of deposit
Production and finishing of the item
Final payment and shipping

By placing an order with us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your project requirements. We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe infringes on intellectual property rights, promotes harmful content, or is otherwise inappropriate.

Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Euros and are subject to change. For custom orders, we typically require:

A 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work after the initial design is approved
The remaining balance before shipping the completed item

For orders exceeding €2,000, installment payment plans may be available upon request. Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or major credit cards. All fees and taxes are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.

Revisions and Modifications

Your order includes two free design revisions after the initial concept is presented. Additional revisions may incur extra charges based on our hourly rate. Substantial changes to the agreed-upon design may require a new quote.

Once the production phase begins, changes may be limited or impossible depending on the stage of completion. Any changes requested after production has started may incur additional charges.

Delivery and Shipping

Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Standard delivery within the EU typically takes 2-7 business days after production is complete. International shipping times vary by location.

We take great care in packaging your items securely, but we are not responsible for damage that may occur during shipping. All packages include tracking information, and we recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the stage of your order:

Cancellations before design approval: 50% of deposit is refundable
Cancellations after design approval but before production: Deposit is non-refundable
Cancellations during or after production: No refund

Intellectual Property

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our clients to do the same. By submitting design references and requirements, you represent that you have the right to use these materials and authorize us to create a derivative work.

For custom designs based on third-party intellectual property (such as game characters or trademarked designs):

We only work with fan-friendly IPs that officially allow fan art
All custom pieces are created as one-of-a-kind artworks for personal use only
We do not mass-produce figurines based on copyrighted characters without proper licensing

The final physical product is owned by you upon full payment, but we retain the rights to:

Warranty and Product Care

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from mishandling, normal wear and tear, or improper storage.

Keeping them away from direct sunlight
Avoiding extreme temperatures
Dusting with a soft, dry brush
Not using liquid cleaners on painted surfaces

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
